All sales are final. Stone Farm Materials does not accept returns or exchanges on any products once they have been picked up or delivered.
Due to the nature of bulk landscape materials, natural stone, and aggregates, variations in color, size, texture, and composition are normal and are not considered defects. Customers are encouraged to carefully review their order and confirm quantities prior to purchase.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure proper measurements, material selection, and site access before delivery or pickup. Stone Farm Materials is not responsible for excess material, miscalculations, or changes in project scope.
If you receive the wrong material due to an error on our part, please notify us immediately upon delivery so we can work to resolve the issue.
